Origins
This coffee blend consists of both Robusta and Arabica beans, sourced from family-owned farms that have been passed down through generations. The region is known for its rich biodiversity, with thousands of species of flowering plants and hundreds of bird species. The coffee is shade-grown under various fruit trees such as guava, plantain, and banana. The cooperative behind this coffee is dedicated to sustainable agriculture, training farmers in organic production methods and continuously reinvesting in infrastructure.

Tastes like a great french roast but can feel the kick from the extra caffeine (with no odd chemical flavors as I’ve tasted with some some high caff coffees). Makes some of, if not the best cold brew I’ve ever had. My new go-to for cold brewing. Definitely will order again!
