These General Conditions of Sale apply to all business relations between Roastesso LLC. as the operator of www.roastesso.com, and to its customers, as defined at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not imply a binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the [Add to Cart/Place order] button, you agree to a binding order of all goods in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is provided by automated email after sending the order and does not constitute an acceptance of a contract at that stage. Acceptance of your order is confirmed either by sending you a separate order confirmation by email or by processing the order and initiating shipment within 3 days.
Verification of Merchandise
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery. In case you observe damage or missing items, you must notify them right away and file claim with the carrier and inform Roastesso within 7 days after delivery. Roastesso shall in such a case provide you with identical replacement merchandise.
Prices and Shipping Rates
The prices are valid at the time ordering. The period of validity of our limited offers can be found where they are illustrated on the Website. All prices exclude tax and shipping costs. For all orders, we will charge a fee for postage and packaging depending on the selected shipping option, regardless of the number of packages or the size and weight of the order.
If, for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment is made in several installments, we will only charge for one delivery.
Roastesso LLC. shall delivery the ordered goods to the address provided by the customer. In case of delays in delivery, we shall inform you immediately.
For deliveries outside of the United States, the customer shall bear the customs duty, taxes or any other additional fees.
Reservation of Title
Until complete payment is received, the goods shall remain the property of Roastesso LLC.
We accept a variety of payments for your order (e.g. Amazon Pay, PayPal or Credit/Debit Card). Roastesso LLC. retains the right only to accept certain payment methods in individual cases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by cash or check. We do not accept liability for any losses.

When redeeming a voucher and/or coupon code, please note the specific redemption conditions, such as minimum order quantity, validity, etc. Only one voucher and/or coupon code, or customer-related reduction, may be redeemed per order. Voucher and/or coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given when the full value is not used. Resale of vouchers and/or coupon codes is not allowed.
Return Shipment Cost Coverage Agreement
If you as the consumer exercise your right of cancellation or return, you shall bear the costs of the return shipment. However, Roastesso will bear the costs of the return shipment in all cases when the wrong merchandise was delivered and in cases when only a partial order was sent.
Cancellation and Return Instructions
You have the right to cancel your order in text form (letter or e-mail) or return any merchandise that does not satisfy you within 7 days after receipt of the order. Roastesso will only accept returns of merchandise in their original condition and packaging accompanied by the invoice. When returns are properly completed, Roastesso shall reimburse the price of the returned merchandise only within a maximum of 30 days upon reception of the returned merchandise. All service charges, handling charges, delivery charges or shipping costs are non-refundable. The return postage will be at your expense. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
