The Guatemala Single Origin coffee is meticulously prepared for export using the European Preparation (EP) standard, which ensures the highest quality by hand sorting the beans until there are no more than 8 defects per 300 grams of green coffee. This exceptional Guatemalan coffee is sourced from various farms within the Huehuetenango region, an area celebrated for its unique microclimate. The result is a coffee with a clean, bright acidity and a well-balanced flavor profile that showcases the best of Guatemalan coffee.
